    Ingredients: Yellow Lentil, Wheat Flour, White Lentil, Red Lentil, Rice, Cumin, Salt, Sugar, Raising Agent (Sodium Bicarbonate).
    Steps of cooking: In a bowl, add 1-11/2 cup of lukewarm water, Mehran Dahi Bara Mix. Make smooth batter and keep aside for 15 minutes.
    Heat the oil/ghee, drop a full tbsp of batter one by one and fry until they become golden. Remove from oil and allow cooling for 4 – 5 minutes. Now soak in lukewarm water for 5 minutes and then press or squeeze out excess water and keep aside.
    In a dish spread some yogurt then layer of Bara’s then Yogurt.
