    Ready-to-bake savory rice pancake dry mix
    Ingredients: Rice flour (57%), Urad Dal flour, corn flour, hydrogenated vegetable oil (palmolein oil, semolina, salt, citric acid (E330), sodium bicarbonate (E500(iii)), fenugreek powder, sodium acetate (E262 (i).))
    Preparation: Mix the contents of the package with 360 ml of water. Mix until smooth and set aside for 5 minutes. Gently oil a cold flat non-stick pan. Pour 75 ml of batter into the center of the cold pan. Roll out the dough in a circular motion to get a thin layer about 20 cm in diameter. Place the pan over medium heat. Drizzle a few drops of oil all over the dosa and fry until golden brown.
