    Ingredients: Lentil Flour, Wheat Flour, Partially Hydrogenated Vegetable Oil Shortening, Salt, Raising Agents (Sodium Bicarbonate, Citric Acid), Cumin Seed Powder, Permitted Antioxidant.

    How to use it: Mix contents of this (200g) pack with 200 ml of water. Stir to a smooth batter and set aside for 10 minutes. Deep fry the Vadas till crispy & golden brown. Drain excess oil and soak in water for 10 minutes. Gently press each Vada to drain off excess water & immerse in beaten yoghurt for 10 minutes. Store in a clean, cool, dry place, free from moisture.
